Cacao as an embodiment medicine helps us to birth and earth our vision, make it manifest and feel, breathe and materialise it within our every bones and cells.

For 17 days we will journey together, clarifying our visions, focusing our intentions and implement practical steps to live our potential from our core. Through daily step by step actions and conscious connecting with the essence of our dreams, we find fulfilment in the journey instead of waiting for the “when-then” goal to magically appear. We look at our self sabotage and fears underneath our resistance of stepping into our dream life. We will map our inner landscape and find our way out of the maze to craft a clear path forward.

On top of the daily teachings and easy to implement cacao rituals we will gather for five live sessions over zoom. I am sure you have more than just one dream or goal for this year and in this opening ceremony we will establish the clear intention to pick the one that wants to be birthed in sacred space, brought forth into the world with purposeful mission and evolved to serve our soul, not only our mind. The Dark Moon is the time of gestation, of not-yet-but-soon. It is the time of deep dreaming and potent surrender. Here we ask for the womb of the cosmos to envelop us and invite us into its embrace of potential and possibilities so that we won’t limit ourselves in our Visioning Breathwork session.

From mind, thoughts, ideas, plans, goals to a sensed vision and heart-coherence.
The element of air in its shadow aspect can bring attention to anxiety but also new perspectives, new solutions, opportunities, visions but can get over analytical and stuck in repeated loops and only whats possible how to thinking. By connecting with the air through our breath we integrate its power in our bodies and create a channel for it to flow freely instead of being stuck in our head to inform our inspiration and align with our intuition.
