Autumn Equinox (September 22nd) is the perfect time to set a powerful intention and get clear about where you are at and what draws you to journey to your subconscious underworld and emerge into your potential with Cacao. I added ritual instructions further down in this email for you to create an intention setting experience and celebrate the equal light and dark of the Equinox which this year appears just after the first lunar eclipse of the astrological new year.

EQUILIBRIUM Ceremonial Cacao Dieta

Preparing for a plant Dieta is an important part as it helps you to create a supportive and sacred space for your journey and get clear on why you are choosing to dedicate time, money and attention to cacao and her guidance.

My personal wish for you is that you - additionally to all benefits of cacao and her teachings - receive the knowledge, teachings and practices needed for you to transform your life, not only for two weeks but above and beyond!

In order to tangibly notice the cacao shifts outside of your ritual practice, it is important that you truly commit - to yourself!

You will need to have ceremonial cacao on hand for your Dieta that is high-quality, ceremonial-grade cacao that has been sourced ethically and sustainably. I have used Keith´s Cacao for several years in both my own cacao journey and in ceremonies with my students. It has been the most in-depth, profound and heart stimulating cacao that is most beneficial for endeavours such as self-exploration, shadow work, emotional release (both grief and joyful ecstasy) and meditation.

You will receive 454g of Keith’s Cacao (one block of cacao) as part of your participation in the Dieta which will give you two 42g ceremonial doses for the opening and closing ceremony and 30g daily doses for the 12 days in between. Of course it is up to you how much cacao you intake, this is the maximum and really you can choose as little as 5g daily to connect and imbibe this sacred plant.
